How to place an order?

Step 1 - Select products

  • browse the list of categories or use the search engine to find the right product,
  • for each product you will find detailed information about it,
  • remember that registered customers can save products in the storage,
  • after finding the product you are interested in,
  • add it to the basket, if the order is complete - go to the basket.

 

Step 2 - Contents of the basket

  • in the basket you will see exactly which products you have selected and in what quantity,
  • change the value in the quantity column and click on "recalculate" to adjust the order,
  • click on the minus icon to remove products from the basket,
  • choose the form of delivery and payment that suits you, if you have a discount coupon, enter it below to receive a discount,
  • confirm the selected options by clicking on the "order" button.

 

Step 3 - Placing an order

  • If you have an account in our store, enter your login details and click "log in",
  • If you do not have an account, select the "register" option or skip creating an account by clicking "place an order";
  • remember that registration will allow you to take advantage of many privileges, including:

viewing the status of order fulfillment and purchase history,
no need to re-enter data for subsequent purchases,
the ability to receive individual discounts and promotional coupons.

  • enter your name and surname and contact information,
  • to send the order to a different address, select "different shipping address" and provide the appropriate data,
  • place any additional information about the order fulfillment in the "comments"
  • field after clicking "Summary" you will see the complete information you provided,
  • clicking the "Place an order" button confirms the purchase,
  • receive an email and click on the link confirming the order (if it is required).

 

Remember that registered customers can track the status of the orders placed in their account.
