On the product page you will find detailed information about the time we need to prepare the product for shipping. We start processing the order immediately after receiving the payment (on working days between 8am and 4pm).
In case of payment by traditional bank transfer, the order processing time is extended by the time needed to record the payment. The order processing time may be longer during promotional campaigns and around holidays.
After completing your entire order, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 1-2 business days. If you have chosen to collect your order at the Paczkomat® InPost machine, the package will be at the point you have selected within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the moment of sending. You will receive a confirmation of the shipment of the package to your e-mail address provided when placing the order.
