Privacy policy

General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by Customers (hereinafter also "Users") in connection with their use of the Services via the www.dakohaft.pl store.

The terms used in the Regulations remain in the same meaning in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure respect for the privacy and protection of personal information provided by Users when using the Store and takes all necessary actions for this purpose.

Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of the personal data of Users provided in connection with their use of the Services via the Store (hereinafter: "Personal Data") is the Service Provider, i.e. Dako Vrt., ul. Wieniawskiego 60, 93-564 Łódź, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

Principles of collecting Personal Data of Customers

Browsing the content of the Store does not require the User to provide Personal Data.

Purchases through the Store require the provision of Personal Data necessary to complete the order.

Users' personal data are processed in the following scope:

providing the service of maintaining the User's account and all Services related to it in the Store - the legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR);

performance of the purchase and sale contract - the legal basis for data processing is the performance of the contract (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR);

marketing - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Company - marketing of its own products and services (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR),

consideration of complaints, investigation and defense in the event of mutual claims - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Company - (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR), sending commercial information by electronic means - only in the case of the User's consent - the legal basis for data processing is consent (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR);

Browsing the Store does not require providing personal data, but may involve the use of Cookies, depending on the settings the User has made.

Providing personal data by the User is a condition for providing Services within the Store, excluding browsing its content. You are obliged to provide them, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to provide Services within the Online Store.

Users' personal data may be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling, provided that the User has given consent. Automated decision-making will take place on the basis of analyzing the User's traffic in the Store in order to personalize the content and advertisements provided and analyze traffic on our websites. The consequence of such processing will be a better matching of the content of the Store's pages to the User, including the displayed advertisements, materials or recommendations to the User's preferences or interests.

Scope of processing of Personal Data and period of their processing

The Administrator will ask the User to provide the following Personal Data, which the User should provide in the event of wishing to conclude a purchase transaction:

name and surname / company name address (street, postal code, city) e-mail address and contact phone number other data that the User will provide in the purchase form via the store.

Users' personal data will be stored for the period of provision of Services, unless the law provides for a longer period of their processing.

User Rights

Each User has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Each User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

Commercial information

The Administrator may send Users, including to the e-mail addresses provided by them, commercial information about the Administrator's products and services and other products and services, provided that the User has consented to receiving them. The User may withdraw their consent at any time by sending a written statement or clicking on the appropriate link deactivating the recipient of the message.

Use of Cookies

"Cookies" are text files saved by the browser on the User's computer disk in order to store information used to identify the User or remember the history of actions taken by him.

The Store uses technologies such as cookies, local storage and similar to collect and process personal data and operational data in order to personalize the content and advertisements provided and to analyze traffic on the websites. Cookies are IT data saved in files and stored on your end device (i.e. your computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.), which the browser sends to the server each time you enter the website from this device, while you visit various websites on the Internet.

By using the Store, by appropriately configuring your browser settings, you consent to the use of Cookies and other similar technologies in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our use of Cookies or other similar technologies, you should change your browser settings or stop using the e-Store or use the telephone order option or e-mail kontakt@dakohaft.pl

"Cookies" are used for the purpose of:

identifying the User and correctly assigning historical data collected during previous visits to the Administrator's Store,

to better match the content and advertisements available to the User's expectations and interests,

to maintain the Customer's session (after logging in), thanks to which the Customer does not have to re-enter the Password on each subpage of the Store,

to make it easier for the Administrator to present Internet Users with advertisements tailored to the User's interests,

to optimize the use of the Store,

to adapt the Store to the needs of Users,

to create statistics on the viewing of the Store's subpages.

The User may not consent to the placement of "Cookies" on his computer, among others, using browser settings.

In the Help section of browsers, you can find instructions on how to disable the saving of "Cookies" by the browser.

Security

Connections related to filling out forms take place via a secure encrypted connection.

However, it is recommended to maintain the security rules independently.

The Administrator may transfer or make available Personal Data to third parties if:

the user consents to this or

it will be justified by the provisions of law or

it will be necessary for the provision and implementation of the contract.

In the above cases, Personal Data will be transferred on the basis of an agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data, unless the provisions of law exclude such an obligation. Entrusting the processing of Personal Data in the situation described in the first sentence will ensure the protection of Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act at a level at least equal to the security measures used by the Administrator.

Data may be entrusted to, among others, the following categories of recipients of personal data:

entities providing services to the Administrator, including accounting and legal services;

software providers advertising providers, including using the software of such partners;

entities intermediating in transactions, including services enabling payment;

transport companies ensuring the delivery of purchased Goods.

User Rights

The Administrator provides the User with the possibility of removing their Personal Data from the Data Set at their request, as well as in other cases, based on the provisions of applicable law.

The Administrator may refuse to remove Personal Data if the User has not settled all liabilities to the Administrator or has violated the Regulations or applicable law, and the retention of Personal Data is necessary to determine the User's liability.
